Ahmad Gulzad9 July 2024Thank you to Dr Maaria and Dr Claudia and the rest of the team for their effort on my procedure. I was very hesitant and to be honest still was all the way until the operation day but the team were very helpful and professional all the way through. I had my consultation with Dr Maaria who examined my hair follicles and provided advice on what kind of procedure would take place and communicated well leading up to my operation ensuring all my queries and concerns were met. I also had a second opinion from Dr Claudia who corroborated Dr Maaria's advice and became my surgeon. Dr Claudia who did the procedure was careful, understanding and patient and made sure I was alert and would explain what she was doing throughout the procedure step by step. The whole operation lasted 8-9 hours and was relatively painless minus the initial anesthesia, so be ready for that! There was entertainment available and time to take short breaks if needed. After the operation, I needed about 5 days to recover but I am now 2 weeks into my recovery and no issues to report. It is still early days to say anything on the success of the transplant but overall everything seems to be fine. Once again thank you to the team at UKHT. Highly recommend.Posted on Google

I have no works to talk about the doctor she was very happy supportive and polite to answer to all my questions durring the surgery . Great person did she explain me why and what to do before and after the surgery . If any other people do get inspired by my review they need to contact Shazia Ajmal the hair consultant . She's the one wich will explain you everything you need to know before and after the surgery very friendly and helpful advice . Thanks for all your help Shazia did you just help me to bring my confidence back to be honest I look like 10 years younger all my friends and the family are seeing that .
