Had some minor thinning and was expecting the worst, was reassured and given a really cost effective treatment to help. Did my consultation with Shazia and she was great with answering all my questions and very informative. Stopped me worrying straight away, and rightfully so as this treatment is working perfectly for me. What really stood out was the genuine care and one-to-one support I received. A huge part of that was thanks to Aly, my consultant, who was there for me every step of the way. Aly checked in on me almost daily, making sure I was well, informed, and fully prepared for the procedure. His support went far beyond the standard, making sure I was comfortable and confident from start to finish. On the day of the procedure, I had the pleasure of meeting Dr Husnain, an absolute professional. He took the time to speak with me thoroughly, explain everything in detail, and answer any last-minute questions. His calm, reassuring manner instantly put me at ease. The care during the procedure was outstanding. The whole team worked with such attention to detail and made sure I was comfortable at all times. I never felt rushed. Rajat Rawat4 September 2025I was initially frustrated due to the delay in receiving my deposit refund, despite multiple attempts to follow up via phone and email. However, yesterday when I finally met Ali, the Clinic Manager at UKHT in Walsall, who sincerely apologised for the inconvenience and explained the situation. He had been away on holiday and acknowledged that the delay was due to a lack of communication within the team. I appreciate his honesty in taking responsibility and clarifying the issue. During our conversation, he also offered me valuable professional advice regarding my hair thinning concerns and kindly provided complimentary hair loss shampoo and serum as a gesture of goodwill. Marni Boy7 March 2022I went for consultation and spoke with Aly who was very helpful and friendly. He answered every question and explained the whole procedure which removed all doubts and worries. I arrived for my surgery on the 28th and met with the surgeon and his team. Very down to earth and professional. Even Aly came to visit to check if everything was okay. The surgeon explained the procedure thoroughly and kept me in the loop during the surgery.The ladies did a fantastic job and were very hospitable and considerate during the procedure.Glad to have been in the care of a fantastic team.Posted on Google
Paul Deeley4 August 2024Impressed. I was very anxious ahead of proceeding with my FUE transplant with UKHT. I considered many options including a trip to Turkey. I am pleased with my decision and the treatment provided. I found the team to be professional, attentive and experienced. It's been 4 weeks since my first round of grafts and everything went smoothly and aligned to expectations(admittedly only YouTube videos which provides some level of insight into other clinics from multiple countries). I am now in a period of waiting for the grass to grow!
