Corporate & Trading Name Notice

UK Hair Transplants / UKHT is a trading name and brand operated by NIO Horizons Limited (Company No. 16712859).

With effect from 15 September 2025, the UK Hair Transplants brand and associated business assets, including the UK Hair Transplants trading name, domain name, website, intellectual property, branding and digital assets, were acquired by NIO Horizons Limited by way of an asset purchase.

UK Hair Transplants is a brand/trading name and is not itself a separate limited company or legal entity.

The legal entity currently owning and operating the UK Hair Transplants brand is:

Company Number: 16712859
A private limited company registered in England and Wales.

For the avoidance of doubt, NIO Horizons Limited is a separate legal entity from any previous company or business operator that may historically have used or operated under the UK Hair Transplants trading name.
